Who I am

This website belongs to Maisie Jayne, an artist based in the UK. If you have any questions about your data, email hello@maisiejayneart.co.uk.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry, I receive the details you enter in the form:

• your name and email address
• the type of commission and medium you’re interested in
• your message, and any deadline or occasion you mention

How I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver your commission. The legal basis is your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. I don’t add you to a mailing list and I never sell or share your details for marketing.

Where it goes

The form doesn’t store anything in a database. Your enquiry is sent straight to my inbox as an email, using these services:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and runs Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that stops spam.
• Resend delivers the enquiry email to me.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or commission, and for up to two years afterwards in case you have questions about your piece. Ask me at any time and I’ll delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailinghello@maisiejayneart.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
